Great central location close to parks, lake, and city center. Excellent views from high floor deluxe rooms. Friendly and polite staff who go out of their way to accommodate guests. Top floor pool is a highlight, as is the ability to order food delivery to the room. Indoor swimming pool and nearby grocery and pharmacy make for a convenient stay overall.

My stay at Al Majaz Premiere Hotel was fantastic. The rooftop swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and easy access to a shopping mall. The gym's restricted hours for men was inconvenient but understandable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was located on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the park. We enjoyed being in the center of entertainment activities. Our room had a nice view of the fireworks display on New Year's Eve, and we were pleased with the spacious bathroom and state-of-the-art gym facility.

We noticed a dead cockroach on the balcony, but the staff tried to hide it.

The location of this hotel apartment is ideal as it is close to the beautiful Al Majaz park which is perfect for evening or morning walks. It is also conveniently close to all attractions in this city. The hotel facilities are great, with spacious and well-equipped rooms, and there is adequate and spacious car parking within the hotel with direct lift access to the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, and the hotel was very clean.

Lack of sufficient staff resulting in noise disturbance, late check-in and room cleaning, basic kitchen equipment missing, cash deposit requirement, and feeling slightly uncomfortable at checkout. Breakfast not impressive and receptionists could be nicer.
